摘要：

尽管对于现象学哲学的研究在中国已形成了一种广泛的热潮，但是对于现象学美学与文艺批评理论的研究有待进一步深入。美学涉及到的审美对象、美感、艺术等范畴在历史、时代的变化之中，需要得以丰富甚至可以说需要得以重新认识。现象学美学肯定审美主体性，综合分析审美知觉与审美对象的互动性，使美学理论由抽象性的逻辑推演转变为具体化的感性描述，法国学者、现象学美学家杜夫海纳对审美经验的阐述就体现出了这种理论趋势，他对艺术感性的分析和描述既有广度性，又有深度性，很好的解决了主体性审美经验与客体性审美规律的矛盾问题。

传统美学理论注重审美的客观规律研究，讲究对艺术规律的寻求与阐述，然而面对现代艺术的发展和现代社会中出现的各种各样新的审美形态，美学理论自身必须发展。现象学美学理论与文艺批评理论可以从另一角度丰富美学的内涵，它的意义在于既能深刻地理解现代艺术与现代社会中出现的全新的审美现象，又紧密地联系传统美学的客观性与社会性。

现象学美学承袭康德主观论美学，下启接受美学，在现代美学史中占有重要的一席。现象学美学代表之一，法国哲学家杜夫海纳对现象学美学理论的形成和发展作出了很大的贡献。本论文尝试分析杜夫海纳美学理论的内涵和意义，揭示其在整个现象学美学理论中的地位和作用，并结合现象学美学、接受美学、存在主义美学、语言分析美学四种彼此区别又密切联系的理论来阐释杜夫海纳美学理论在整个现代美学史中的继承与创新之处。

杜夫海纳的现象学美学理论的影响因现代艺术的蓬勃发展而得到了实际的展示，因此，现象学美学学派最终牢牢地与现代艺术结合在一起，在当代艺术理论史和美学史上发挥了重要的作用。本文着力点就在于从艺术发展史的整体上来分析杜夫海纳的美学理论，探索杜夫海纳美学理论的涵义和意义。
