【成分和性状】［Constituents Characters］

本品系用世界卫生组织（WHO）推荐的甲型和乙型流行性感冒病毒（简称流感）病毒株，分别接种鸡胚，经培养、收获病毒液、病毒灭活、浓缩、纯化、裂解后制成。为微乳白色液体。

The vaccine is prepared from a virus type A and B prevalent strains recommended by WHO.The virus strains are propagated in embryonated chicken eggs.After incubation，the virus suspensions in allantoic cavities are

harvested.The vaccine is prepared by inactivation，concentration，purification，and splitting.The vaccine is a slightly opalescent liquid.

有效成分:当年使用的各型流感病毒株血凝素。本品每0.5ml含:

Active ingredients:Hemagglutinin of prevalent strains of influenza virus in current year.The vaccine0.5ml contains:

A/Michigan/45/2015（H1N1）pdm09-like virus....15μg血凝素HA

A/Singapore/INFIMH-16-0019/2016（H3N2）-like virus...15μg血凝素HA

B/Colorado/06/2017-like virus（B/Victoria/2/87lineage）....15μg血凝素HA

B/Phuket/3073/2013-ike virus（B/Yamagata/16/88lineage）....15μg血凝素HA

辅料:磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠、氯化钠。

Excipients:Na2HPO4，NaH2PO4，NaCl.

【接种对象】[Vaccination subject]

本品用于3岁及以上人群；尤其推荐易发生相关并发症的人群，如儿童，老年人，体弱者，流感流行地区人员等。

The vaccine is approved for use in people aged3and above.especially in vulnerable people and high risk population for influenza complications，such as children the elderly，the weak and people in influenza epidemic areas.

【作用与用途】［Function]

接种本疫苗后，可刺激机体产生抗流感病毒的免疫力；用于预防疫苗相关型别的流感病毒引起的流行性感冒。

After vaccination.the vaccine can stimulate the body to produce the immunity of anti-infuenza virus:it is used for preventing influenza caused by vaccine-related type of influenza virus.

【规格】[Specification]

每瓶（支）0.5ml。每1次人用剂量0.5ml，含各型流感病毒株血凝素应为15μg。

0.5ml per vial（syringe），0.5ml human dose for each use，contains15ug HA of each type of influena strains.

【免疫程序和剂量】［Administration and Dosage]

1、于上臂外侧三角肌肌内注射。

Intramuscularly inject the vaccine in the region of the deltoid muscle of the upper arm.

2、于流感流行季节前或期间进行接种。成人及3岁以上儿童接种1针，每次接种剂量为0.5ml。

People vaccinate before or during the influenza pandemic season.Adult，children aged3and above should be vaccinated one dose of vaccine（0.5ml）.

【不良反应】

共3045名3岁及以上受试者参加了本品在国内开展的两项临床研究，其中1095名受试者接种了至少一剂本品。对本品系统的安全性观察自疫苗接种开始至全程接种后30天，对大部分受试者的长期安全性观察自全程接种后31天至180天。

按照国际医学科学组织委员会（CIOMS）推荐的不良反应发生率的分类:十分常见（≥10％），常见（1％-10％，含1％），偶见（0.1％-1％，含0.1％），罕见（0.01％-0.1％，含0.01％），十分罕见（＜0.01％），进行如下描述：

1.本品临床试验

全身不良反应

十分常见:发热；偶见:头痛、疲劳乏力、恶心呕吐、腹泻、咳嗽、变态反应、肌肉痛；

局部不良反应

常见:疼痛、肿；偶见:红、硬结、瘙痒。

2.同类产品国内临床试验

严重不良反应

罕见:过敏性紫癜。
