1.HSE REQUIREMENTS 安全要求 1.1 The HSE policy is to protect the health and welfare of all employees, clients and subcontractors’working on the project. The goal is to ensure that the work place is free from hazards, including harm from hazardous substances, noise, vibration and stress. 安全措施是保 护所有员工、客户和分包商的健康,从而有效从事该项目的工作。目标是确保工作场所 免受危害,包括有害物质的危害、噪声、振动和压力。 1.2 All activities shall be based on internationally recognized safety standards. All accidents and events resulting in harm to people shall be prevented. It must always be remembered that no job is so important or urgent that it can not be done safely. 所有活动应基于国际认可的安全 标准下进行。预防所有意外事故事件导致对人体的伤害。要始终牢记安全是第一位。 1.3 All necessary precautions shall be undertaken during pre ‐com m i ssi oni ng and com m i ssi oni ng t o protect the environment and ensure there are no discharges of toxic or polluting liquids or gases. Job safety analysis shall be carried out and followed. 在预调试和调试期间, 应当采取必要的 预防措施来保护环境,确保没有有毒或污染的液体或气体排放。应当进行工作安全分析和 跟踪。 1.4 All commissioning activities shall be carried out under a permit to work system. 5. GENERAL PART 总体部分 5.1 GENERAL CONDITION 总体条件 1)The vendors of respective equipments shall prior to calibrate and fully test their equipments.各自的服务商已全面测试和调整其设备。 2)Official sea trial shall be carried out in the presence of the class surveyor and owner’s representatives according to this test procedure. 正式试航应根据试验程序内容在DNV验船师和船东代表参与下进行。 3)The responsible persons of each test shall be informed to the class surveyor and owner’s representatives before starting of each test. 每个试验项目负责人应在该试验开始前通知验船师和船东代表。 4)The detail schedule shall be submitted to owner before sea trial for confirmation 详细的日程计划表应在试航批准前提交至船东。 5.2 VESSEL DESCRIPTION 船舶描述 Length over all (LOA)(incl. helideck)总长 : 142,75 m Length between perpendiculars (LPP)型长 : 122, 40 m Breadth moulded 型宽 : 45, 00 m Depth mld. to main deck : 7,60 m Draught scantling : 15, 00 m Operation draft approx. : 15, 00 m Design draught 设计吃水 : 5, 34 m Displacement at design draft 空载排水量 : 24.500 m3 Upper pontoon, Depth mld. to lower deck : 24.45 m Upper pontoon, Depth mld. to Upper Deck : 30.45 m Tonnage, UMS (1969) approx.总排水量 : 30.500 Frame spacing (between transverse girders) : 1.800 mm 肋位间距 5.3 SEA TRIAL CONDITIONS 海试条件 1) Loading condition for Sea Trial conditions.Full particulars of loading condition necessary to achieve stated draught conditions for the Sea Trials are to be supplied to Class/Owner’s representatives prior to commencement.正式试航前需向船东和船检提供船舶在所需吃 水条件下详细的船舶负载状况。 2) The water depth of the sea trial area shall be at least 30m. During DP trial the water depth shall be at least 50m.Or at a suitable location as mutually agreed by Class surveyor, Owner’s representative and Yard. 海试水深应不低于 30m, 在 DP试验期间其水深不低 于 50m 。或在经船东、船检和船厂讨论确定的合适位置。 3) The prevailing wind conditions are not exceeding 5m/s. 恒风不超过 5m/s 4) For Speed Trial Calculations, the elapsed time over the measured distance for said Trials is to be determined by Global Positioning System (GPS) readings.在速度试验计算时, 运用 GPS系统测量船舶在试验时间内的行进距离。 5) Tunnel Thruster Trials and Hull part trials are to be conducted in Open Sea conditions 侧推进器和船体部分的试验应在开放的海域进行。 5.4 DRAFT MEASUREMENT 吃水测定 Draft mark readings are to be recorded before and after each trial. 试验前后测定船舶的吃水 The following observations are to be made and recorded:
