我国女性就业问题研究
摘要
我们党和国家出台了大量政策, 使女性就业工作有了很大的改观和进步,女性就业已经取得了巨大进步。尽管如此,随着经济的发展, 竞争的加剧, 女性就业中所呈现出的各种问题也越来越明显。这不仅影响着社会经济的发展, 而且也对社会进步与发展起到阻碍作用。女性就业作为一个事关经济与社会发展的重要问题, 已日益引起当今社会的普遍关注。本文按时间顺序,梳理建国以来我国女性就业数量与就业结构,女性就业安全及劳动保护的变化,通过对我国女性的就业历史沿革的分析整理,引出我国当今女性就业在数量于就业结构上,以及女性就业安全及劳动保护上新的状态及特点。在此基础上,下文从传统思想的影响,女性劳动者自身的思想束缚,女性劳动群体就业素质及层次,男女就业差异等多方面入手,分析出了我国女性就业存在的问题。最后,有针对性的从国家立法,政府职责,用人单位,女性自身,家庭氛围五个角度,提出解决我国女性就业问题的建议及对策。

ABSRACT
We put a lot of party and state policies to enable women to work has greatly improved the employment and advancement of women in employment has made great progress. Nevertheless, with economic development, competition, female employment in the various problems presented more and more evident. This not only affects the social and economic development, but also to impede social progress and development play a role. Female employment as a matter of important economic and social development issues, has drawn widespread concern in today's society. This chronological order, sort of female employment in China since the founding of the number and structure of employment, job security and labor protection of women change, through the history of women in the analysis of the employment arrangement, leads in the number of female employment in today's employment structure, as well as female employment security and labor protection and features on the new state. On this basis, the following from the traditional thinking, women workers their ideological restraints, the quality of women's labor groups and the level of employment, gender differences in other aspects of employment, analyzes out the problems of female employment. Finally, targeted the national legislation, governmental responsibilities, employers, women themselves, the family atmosphere of the five angles, to propose solutions to the problem of female employment and suggestions.
