论我国对于网络的法律监管

[论文摘要]当前，互联网发展迅猛、影响日增，已经成为人们生活不可缺少的组成部分。互联网在给人们带来便捷服务和海量信息的同时，其自身的安全问题也日益凸显。一些人通过网络传播不良信息甚至从事非法活动，扰乱了社会正常秩序，给人们的工作、学习和生活带来负面影响。有效解决这一问题，应坚持依法管理、科学管理、有效管理，加快形成依法监管、行业自律、社会监督、规范有序的互联网信息传播秩序。当前世界各个国家都在采取一些行之有效的措施加大对于互联网络的法律监管力度，我国作为世界上最大的发展中国家、互联网大国应当在改善、借鉴国外针对互联网络的监管以及预防网络犯罪方法的同时，完善相关立法，继而使网络真正服务于民众。

On the legal regulation for network

Abstract: At present, the Internet is developing rapidly increasing impact, has become an indispensable part of life. The Internet has brought convenience to people of services and vast amounts of information at the same time, its own security issues are also becoming increasingly prominent. Some objectionable information transmitted through the Internet or even to engage in illegal activities, disrupted the normal order of society, giving people work, study and living adversely affected. An effective solution to this problem, we should uphold the law management, scientific management, effective management, accelerate the formation of supervision according to law, industry self-discipline, social supervision, and a standardized Internet information and communication order. At present all over the world countries have to take some effective measures to strengthen the law for the supervision of the Internet, China as the world's largest developing country, the Internet big powers should be improved, learn from overseas for the regulation of the Internet and the prevention of cyber crime methods at the same time, improve the relevant legislation, and then make the network truly serve the people.
