几种该院制剂薄层鉴别方法的改进

[摘要] 目的改进几种该院制剂的薄层鉴别方法。方法在原有标准基础上，对几种制剂中薄层色谱鉴别法中的供试品前处理条件进行优化，分别以相应的对照品为对照，采用薄层色谱法进行鉴别研究。结果供试品色谱中，检出与对照品相同颜色的斑点，阴性对照无干扰。结论建立的新方法色谱斑点清晰，展开效果理想，重复性好。可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

[Abstract] Objective To improve some preparation thin-layer identification methods in our hospital. Methods The test article pretreatment condition in the thin-layer chromatography identification method in some preparations was optimized on the basis of the primary standards， and the corresponding control articles were selected for control， and the thin-layer chromatography method was adopted for identification and research. Results The spot whose color was the same with the control article in the test article chromatogram was detected and the negative control had no interference. Conclusion The chromatogram spot of the new method is clear with ideal developing effect and good repeatability， which can be used as a quality control method of this preparation.

热咳颗粒，龙虎镇惊颗粒，消渴安胶囊，痤疮净丸为我院医院制剂（批件号分别为：2012R0706、2012R0315、2012R1231、2012R0657），热咳颗粒由麻黄、苦杏仁、石膏等5味中药制成，具有清热解表，止咳化痰。用于小儿风热咳嗽，吐黄粘痰，伴有发热等。龙虎镇惊颗粒由龙齿、琥珀、钩藤、僵蚕、朱砂等8味中药制成，具有镇惊熄风，安魂定魄，豁痰开窍，清神醒脑。用于惊厥抽搐，癫痫。消渴安胶囊由三七、黄芪、生地、水蛭粉等5味中药制成，具有益气养血止渴，活血化瘀通络的功效，用于糖尿病并发血管神经病变。痤疮净丸由金银花、黄芩、槐花、枇杷叶、天花粉、白花蛇舌草、浙贝母、薏苡仁、地黄等16味中药制成，具有清热解毒，祛湿散结。用于寻常痤疮，粉刺，溢脂性皮炎等属肺胃湿热者。以4上种制剂原标准的薄层色谱鉴别中供试品处理操作步骤繁琐，费时。该文通过实验，建立的新处理方法-超声方法既简化了操作，降低了检验物料的使用，又节省了检验时间，分离效果好、阴性无干扰。可作为4个该院制剂质量控制的定性指标。
