[海归招聘会] 瑞银集团UBS HK CCS Summer面经UBS一面是两个电面，都在半小时左右，banker直接来约时间。

楼主是11月18号收到ubs一个analyst的邮件约接下来这几天面试，然后20号早上收到另一个associate director的电话直接约在当天下午4点面。

两次面试的问题主要有：

Self-Intro

Why do you want to do IBD

Why UBS

How to deal with a difficult person in a team

Do you have any situation when you were challenged, but atthe same time you think your idea should be correct

What was your thought process when you try to persuade aperson

Tell me about an experience when you need to change yourplan to work on some urgent tasks

Technical: a high P/E company is trying to acquire a lowP/E company with all stocks, will this be dilutive or accretive to the high P/Ecompany?

Can you talk about the interview experience with CreditSuisse from the

competition you've participated?

What did you learn from this experience (of the interview)?

You know it’s very important in investment bank to manageexpectation and meet the deadline. Tell me about a time when you almost missedthe deadline and how do you manage expectation.

主要都是competency based和基于cv来问。楼主刚好之前在recruitment talk上和那个associate director聊了很久，面试时提起来他还记得我哈哈。不过也是那一个电面在关于m&a的technical问题上花了很久，楼主最后把分析的process答对了但总体来说还是答得不太好。。。以及楼主大二时有参加UBS Insights所以不用再网申，直接把cv发给hr，但结果一面时发现面试官竟然拿的是旧cv==。。所以本来以为已经进不了下一轮，结果大概一周后收到ac邀请哈哈，感觉是recruitment talk上留下的好印象起了帮助呢。

ac有四项activities: numerical test, translation test, case study presentation & interview...不过楼主有拿到另外的offer就没有继续ubs下去啦。。大家good luck!
