Clear Career Planning Lays Foundation for Dreams

If you ask me who has played an important role in the planning of my career so far, undoubtedly it is Steve Jobs, the co-founder of Apple. I appreciate that he influenced and changed the world by means of innovation and hard work because these quantities not only add a meaning to his own life and but also create more value for the world. Although science and technology can change the world, I believe that the development of education can promote the long-term advancement of human being. But my “Apple” early focused on educational consulting. In order to enrich my educational background and expand my horizons, I began to prepare to study abroad since I entered university. Currently, overseas educational agencies pop up, aimed at providing oversea education consulting service with high profits. And overseas educational agencies in China become the main institutions to provide consultation services about studying abroad opportunities for students, including career counseling and career planning. As a vocational education consulting company, services provided should pay more attention to customers’ benefit, provide quant itative and objective consultation services that have been carefully assessed, and cater to the career aspirations and characteristics of customers. However, those agencies only recommend schools that yield high returns but not necessarily meet th e students’ needs, provide career counseling and planning but lack pure operational business considered by professional qualifications. Disappointing results and inconstant consultation services have misled the future of many outstanding students.

In addition, the education consulting for domestic students is almost vacant in China, while an increasing number of domestic students also express their needs for professional consulting to guide their further studies. The current immature development education consulting gives me an opportunity for my future entrepreneurship. I’m determined to set up a professional educational consulting company, which not only focus on oversea educational consulting, but also provide professional services to domestic students. And my educational consulting company will provide high-end consulting services such as university major and course selections, students work and academic research guidance, internship planning and entry-level career consulting, as well as basic skills training, for outstanding students who have the conditions to go abroad and set their sights on becoming elite figures in future. In a country where investment in education accounts for more than half of household spending, this not only means market is pregnant with enormous opportunities, but also will realize my philosophy of life of industrial patriotic and benefiting human society.
