My legs were exhausted after pedaling up anddown the steep ramps, but it was awesome to be cruising along a 600-year-old wall.No visit to Xi'an is complete without sampling the delicious local food. One night, I tried the local specialty of paomo, which is a thick lamb soup poured over a crispy bread cake. It was incredibly messy to eat, but the flavorful broth soaking into the crunchy bread was so tasty and comforting.After a week in the antiquities and foods of Xi'an, it was time to head to my final destination: Chengdu!
