本单元的内容很贴近学生的生活,也能激起学生的学习兴趣。

根据小学生的学习特点,在本课的教学中,我以学生的生活实际出发,创建了一活动课为主的教学模式,充分利用教学资源,通过说说演演、玩玩唱唱等方式,鼓励学生积极参与,大胆表达。

并通过谈论自己的周末生活,体会生活的美好,从而更加的热爱和珍惜现在的美好的生活。

但如何得体地用英语表达自己的情感,或完整描述一个故事、场景等,仍然存在行文不畅,逻辑不顺,时态语法不对等问题。

因此,教师应该加强这方面的指导和帮助。

At the beach这个话题对于生活在海边的深圳孩子来说是比较熟悉的,他们大多参加过各类沙滩活动,学生的主要困难在于不知如何用英语表达相应的专业术语,对于现在进行时的用法仍然比较生疏。

在这之前,同学们已经学习过相关Activities,Places,Hobbies。

一、教材分析本课选取的是牛津英语小学五年级上册Module 3中的Unit 7 At the beach。

Module 3的主题是Out and about,该主题是五年级新的主题,但是却和Book 1A, Book 2A, Book 3A, Book 4A的Module 3 Places and activities 密切相关,这四册书的第三模块都在介绍地点和活动,让学生充分理解有关地点的单词,比如forest, farm, playground, park, zoo等等,并且熟练运用相关句型。

在此基础之上,拓展了本单元的主题At the beach, 可以说本单元是承上启下的作用,既延续了前面的知识点,又为接下来Unit8 An outing 和Unit 9 Around the city做了铺垫。

单元教材由Listen and say Look and learn Say and act Listen and enjoy Learn the sounds组成,以对话、故事、歌谣等形式呈现。

本课可以将前面学过的知识融入复习中,并添加了学校主题不同场所的单词。

这就体现了课文内容知识的螺旋式上升。

温故知新可以让学生在每一个课时的英语学习都有收获。

三、单元设计思路和依据设计思路:Owen 转学到Alice 的学校,Alice 向 Owen 介绍新学校的环节,在参观过程中,Owen 觉得自己还有很多不足之处,不是一个优秀的学生,Alice 带他到图书馆,阅读一木关干Animal School的故事书,他大受自发,再次探索学校更多的功能室,找到了可以让他重拾自信,让自己变得更优秀的地方。

Step2:学习collecting,shell,doing,writing。

并通过句型操练来巩固。

Step3: 导入创设灰太狼想捉羊的情景,灰太狼用望远镜偷看羊村里的小羊正在干什么同时引出他们正在上课。

这样增添学生学习知识的积极性和趣味性。

Step4: 新授单词教学:利用灰太狼窥探羊村引出小羊们正在学习的情景,从而看到美羊羊,懒羊羊,喜羊羊,小灰灰的上课情况。

在教授单词时我主要先让学生听录音学习,尝试让他们自主学习,通过提问的方法检查他们的学习情况,发现发音不正确的立刻纠正,同时还采用了教师带读,学生跟读,小组齐读,个别学生提问等方法去操练单词。

另外,我运用了全身反应法来教学。

坚持在学中玩,在玩中学的原则。

我利用剪刀石头布的游戏来让学生巩固四个单词。

虚设Gogo和Jenny也来到羊村,我让学生听听他们正在讨论什么。
