Sink表面處理
sink的表面處理通常有以下幾種: 1. 鍍鎳:鍍鎳是為了使sink具有焊接性,以便用錫膏將其 輿其他料 件焊接在一起; 2. 洗白:洗白的料件不具有焊錫性,但是可以使用一些膠 類來替代 錫膏以達到節省成本的目的,不過導熱性能較焊錫要差一些; 3. 陽極:陽極可以使材料的表面具有絕緣的特性,以防止 sink輿某些電子元件接觸的時候會損壞電子元件. 以上三種情況都具有抗氧化俗稱不銹鋼彈片,主要工作原理是利用彈片的彈性變形來提供 壓力,以達到使module跟熱源接觸良好,降低熱阻之功效,spring常用材質 為SUS 301~304,其常用硬度為1/2H跟1/4H倆種.
Pad & Mylar
Pad & mylar 一類包材大致可以細分為以下幾種: 1.Pad俗稱導熱硅酯,按用途通常分為cpu pad跟gap pad倆種,cpu pad厚 度比較薄,導熱性能比較好,壓縮量較小, gap pad通常厚度相對cpu pad要厚 很多,導熱性能較cpu pad要差,可壓縮量較大.
Sink
Sink通常分為壓鑄跟鋁擠倆種.
壓鑄是將金屬熔煉成符合一定要求
的液体並浇進鑄型里,經冷卻凝固,清 整處理後得到有預定形狀,尺寸和性 能的鑄件的工藝過程.

The thermocouple voltage is routed from the external cold junction to the terminal on the X20AT6402 via copper wires. The temperature measured at the external cold junction (e.g. with PT100 -X20AT4222) is stored in the I/O area of the X20AT6402 module. The X20AT6402 uses the measured voltage andthe cold junction temperature to internally calculate the needed thermocouple temperature.Increased precisionSetting up an external cold junction is recommended to increase precision. POWERPCB中thermal及antipad的设置

我看过很多人的板子,都没有看到对这两个东东有好好设置过的,或许是不知道,或许是和我一样---比较懒。

但我觉得要做得正规一点,这两个东东还是设一下的好,以后会方便许多。

去年我曾经写过一篇POWERPCB 元件制作的贴子,现在写这个,算是对它的一个补充吧。

首先我们要看一下这两个东东的含义。

Thermal Pad :这是为了减少散热把元件PAD 和大块铜皮以花焊盘的形式连接。

(顺便说说我对这个东西的了解,如果只从信号角度来讲,肯定是整个焊盘都连在铜皮上来得好,尤其是在电源方面。

但是大片铜皮这样铺在上面在PAD 上锡的时候散热会很快,有时会导致吃锡不良,当然在波峰焊上面这种情况少。

工程师在用手取零件的时候就能很容易感觉的。

以花焊盘连接就避免了这样的状况。

)Antipad :字面上理解是反焊盘,其实就是说负片中铺铜和焊盘的距离。

这个很重要的体现在哪里呢,如果你在做高频方面的东西,要算过孔的寄生电容,寄生电感就要用到这个参数,如果不设置的话,它和铺铜的距离就是你设置的电气间隙的值。

如果你用allegro 画过零件,你对这两个东西就应该是非常的了解。

好了,为了说明这两个东东,我先搞几个零件做一个简单的四层板,等会一对比就更容易说明这两个设置的具体作用。

图中我把第二层设为负片,第三层设为正片,以分别说明这两种情况下的效果。

w w w .P C B T e c h .n e t好,现在我们先来看零件制作的时候是怎么操作的,以C1为例,因为SMT 零件只是通孔零件的一种特例,故我们知道了PTH 零件的PAD 制作,那么SMT 零件也就知道该怎么制作了。

下图是C1在零件库中的模样,是不是这样PAD 做好,丝印做好,零件属性设好就算完成了呢? w w w .P C B Te c h .n e t当然,如果一个零件这样也是可以的,但我今天要说的是要加上thermal pad 和antipad ,当然就没有完成,我们点setup Æpad stacks…出现如下的画面由于这两个PAD 做得不一样,所以每一个都要设置一次,我们先选中Even(P)顶层,如上图,我们可以看到,PAD 的选项有一个下拉,机关就在这里,我们点开看看w w w .P C B T e c h .n e t出现一个Thermal ,我们选中,下面就出来两种形状供我们选择,下面有一个选项是说PAD 相对于钻孔的大小,不选的话就是绝对大小,这个选不选无所谓,只要输入相应的值就行。

The OM-WLS-TEMP is a wireless USB 2.0 full-speed temperature input module (fully compatible with both USB 1.1 and 2.0). The OM-WLS-TEMP provides 8 differential input channels that are software programmable for different sensor types including: • T hermocouple Types J, K, T, E, R, S, B, N • R TD–2, 3 or 4-wire Pt100 RTDs • T hermistors–2, 3 or 4-wire measurements • S emiconductor temperature sensors–LM36 or equivalent The OM-WLS-TEMP provides a 24-bit analog-to-digital (A/D)converter for each pair of differential analog input channels. Each pair of differential inputs constitutes a channel pair. You can select the temperature to be displayed in Celsius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F). Resolution of temperature in Celsius: 0.1°C and in Fahrenheit: 0.1°F. The data in the module may be accessed using the FROM/TO instructions, or you may read the average value of channels directly by using the MOV instruction (Please refer to allocation of special registers D9900 ~ D9999).This instruction sheet provides only information on the electrical specification, general functions, installation and wiring. ▶ 为了防止温度上升,请勿采取地面、天花板及垂直方向的安装 方式,应水平安装在电气柜的背板上。
▶ 请将各种连接线及各种扩展模块安装牢固,接触不良有可能产 生误动作。
▶ 在施工结束后,请务必确认可编程控制器通风孔未被堵塞。否 则有可能导致火灾、故障、误动作。
▶ PLC的四周请保持50mm以上的空间,并尽量远离高压线和大电力 设备。
产品简介
MX2H-8TC为热电偶温度输入模块,可配合MX2H系列主模块工作,实 现8路热电偶温度信号输入。主模块通过FROM/TO指令访问本扩展模 块内寄存器的BFM单元,也可使用“MOV Un.b ××”访问扩展模 块内寄存器的BFM单元。
• 外形结构
MX2H-8TC的扩展电缆接口和用户端子均有盖板,打开各盖板后便可 露出扩展电缆接口和用户端子,如图1所示。

☞ 注意
在PC机MXProgrammer软件中配置系统组态时,模块的序号必须和 模块的实际安装顺序相符,否则PLC信息中报“系统模块配置错 误”,ERROR灯闪烁,但是PLC仍然运行。

• 安装时的注意事项
▶ 请勿将PLC安装在有灰尘、油烟、可导电粉尘及腐蚀性或可燃性 气体的场所,不能在高温、结露、风雨的场所及有振动和冲击 的场所中使用。否则可能导致触电、火灾、误动作、产品损坏 以及老化。
