把学生当作自己的孩子一样关爱
天下的父母都疼爱自己的孩子,教师也不例外。我觉得一位老师要想教好自己的学生,就应该把学生当作自己的孩子一样关爱。
每位父母心中都有一个愿望,那就是望子成龙、望女成凤。所以,他们严格要求自己的孩子,细心照顾,耐心教育。如果我们为人师者,把学生当作自己的孩子一样关爱,相信会收到意想不到的教育效果的。
首先,从学习上关心他们。学习是孩子的主要活动。孩子甚至把学习的好坏当作衡量一个人能力的大小和在班级中地位高低
的标准。学习好的儿童容易得到教师的赞扬和家长的嘉奖,容易得到集体的承认,成为同学们敬慕的对象。而学习差的孩子却得到同学们的歧视。我们老师要加倍重视他们,教给他们学习方法,指导他们进行有效地学习,鼓励他们进行自我挑战。当他们有进步时,要及时地鼓励,增强他们的自信心。当他们犯错误时,要和颜悦色地批评,让他们虚心地接受。
其次,丰富孩子们的课外活动。课外活动为小学儿童的活动提供了丰富的内容和广阔的场所,有利于孩子进行更广泛的有趣的交往。有组织的课外活动既有利班级的形成,也有利于发展孩子的个性积极性、交往的独立性、对集体的责任感以及创造性。我们老师要多组织一些课外活动,丰富他们的生活。
总之,只要我们从心底里多关心学生,像爱护我们自己的孩子一样,他们会健康快乐地成长的,这不正是我们教师所期盼的吗?

According to legend, a young man while roaming the desert came across a spring of deliciouscrystal-clear water. The water was so sweet, he filled his leather canteen so he could bring some back to a tribal elder who had been his teacher.
据传说,一个年轻的男子在漫游沙漠途中看到一泉如水晶般清澈而可口的水。水的味道非常甜美,于是他灌满了他的皮水壶,这样就可以带一些回去,送给曾经是他老师的部落长老。
After a four-day journey he presented the water to the old man who took a deep drink, smiled warmly and thanked his student lavishly for the sweet water. The young man returned to his village with a happy heart.

I think we understand this lesson best when we receive innocent gifts of love from young children. Whether it's a ceramic tray or a macaroni bracelet, the natural and proper responseis appreciation and expressed thankfulness because we love the idea within the gift.
