永辉超市生鲜物流成本管理

我国现代物流近几年发展迅速,超市物流在当今激烈竞争的市场经济环境中,物流的成本管理成为了超市物流管理最重要部分。据统计,我国超市的物流成本占货品总成本的 30%,比发达国家高了 3 倍之多,所以有效的物流管理可以节约20%左右的物流成本,从而大大提高超市的利润。因此,如何才能更好的解决超市物流成本管理的探讨具有重大意义。而以生鲜农产品为主,以食品,日用品和服装为辅的永辉超市,研究生鲜物流成本对永辉超市今后的发展具有深刻意义。本文首先介绍物流成本相关理论,再具体就永辉超市的生鲜物流管理现状做出具体的介绍,最后针对永辉超市生鲜物流各个环节中存在的不足提出相应改善措施,从而降低成本,提高超市的竞争力,减轻消费者的消费负担。

Modern logistics in our country is developing rapidly in recent years, supermarket logistics in today's fiercely competitive market economy environment, the logistics cost management has become the supermarket logistics management is the most important part. According to statistics, China's supermarket logistics costs accounted for 30% of the total cost of the goods is higher than developed countries for more than 3 times, so the effective logistics management can save about 20% of the logistics cost, thus greatly improve the profit of the supermarket. Therefore, how to better solve the discussion of supermarket logistics cost management is of great significance. And the fresh agricultural products mainly to food, daily necessities and clothing is complementary yong hui supermarket,The fresh logistics cost has profound significance to the development of yong hui supermarket in the future. Related theory this paper introduces the logistics cost, and then the concrete was yong hui supermarket fresh logistics management present situation to make a detailed introduction, finally aimed at yong hui of the insufficiency in the supermarket to live fresh logistics each link put forward the corresponding improvement measures, to reduce costs, improve the competitiveness of the supermarket, reduce the financial burden on consumer spending.
