*情绪是我们对环境的一种反映。不光外界是环境，自己对自己也是一种环境。反映它无所谓好坏

*管理一定有具体的方法，一定要有好的效果，否则就不叫管理。

*情绪不但可以管理，而且它比其他的事情，你的自主性更高，因为它和别人没有太多的关系，它完全是你自己在决定

*中国人和全世界的人一样都有情绪的起伏，中国人的起伏最大，最容易生气。 (一) 中国人最需要情绪管理

一中国人情绪变化特别大

1.全世界的人,都有情绪的起伏,中国人变化特别大.

2.说好听,警觉性很高.任何风吹草动,都有影响.

3.说难听,怀疑心很重.凡事先多方怀疑,再反映.

*全世界都没有我们中国人这么重视修身,原因在于:同样不修,外国人的变化并不大,中国人修和不修就差很远,我们修养,修身,修己的主要原因就是:我们情绪变化特别大. *外国人看到什么都相信,中国人很奇怪，看到什么都不相信,因为没有办法,一相信就上当了.你不相信他他不会骗你,你一相信他,他就骗你了*一开始就相信是很卤莽的,是很对不起自己的.

*我们什么事都是先怀疑,然后慢慢慢慢去相信.我们比较急噪,比较没有耐心. *中国人为什么容易发脾气?因为我们的个性是能屈能伸,就是因为起伏大,所以弹性就有高低.

二中国人很容易发脾气

1.我们总认为别人不应该这样对待我,实在不公平.

2.我们的自尊心不允许被轻视.怎么能够看不起我?

3.我们又喜欢自己做主,而很多人偏偏喜欢摆布我.

*中国人的个性第一他有他的道理.不必改. 第二你想改也改不了.

*我们社会上没有一定的标准(除了伦理外).外国人有各种标准.

三情绪债务有三种来源

1. 依赖型,控制型和竞争型的性格,产生不同约束.

2. 长期的伪装和压抑,使尚未得到表达的压力增大.

3. 不愿意改变现状,却又对现状不满,一直在挣扎.
