Period 1: new words and reading

Teaching aims :1 ,Improve the students’ reading skills .

2,Grasp some useful words and expressions .

3,Get them to know about the nonverbal humour and the famous edian-Charlie Chaplin .

4 ,Understand and master the usage of the v-ing form .

Teaching important point: Try to get a better understanding of the text by reading. Teaching difficult point: How to improve their reading skills.

Teaching procedures:

Step1: Try to remember the new words as quickly as possible.
