Step1 Warming up:

(1).review the words: bookstore,supermarket,zoo,park…

T:we had learn some places .

S:school、park、supermarket…

T:Whole class read these words.拿出单词卡片。

(2).T:Look at the picture.It's a place.There are lots of books there.

T:In the bank,we often see long long queue.So let’s play a game.Who can read it most times in one mintue.Practice by yourself.

2、教授句型:

教师再黑板上画出横竖两条交叉的大路,将bank 和library 的卡片分别贴再横向大路的右上方和左上方,在纵向大路的下方画一颗星星。T:I’m new here.I want to go to the bank..Excuse me.How can I get to the bank?引导学生回答:“Go straight.Then turn right. T:Yes.You’re right.The bank is on the right.

T:on the left 在左边的意思,turn left 是左拐,大家要注意区分。而且,在左边或右边介词用on.

3、课文教学

1)、T:Now , listen the tape and then answer two questions:

1、Where does the man want to go?

2、Where does the woman want to go?

2)、Listen again.You can imtate it.

3)、Read after me.

4)、Boys read man,girls read woman.

Step4. Extension:

1.Play a game

T:Two of you come here.One student to ask way,the other to point the way.I will put these word cards hide in some student ,you must remember where are them?And then the other student tell you where he want to go.Do you understand?

2、Listen and circle the right answer.

播放听力录音一遍,学生作答后再播放一遍听力录音、学生检查、提交答案、教师核对。

五、Homework

1、Listen to the tape and read three times

2、Finish the exercise book

3、copy the word .
