2004年8月29日，经历27个月扩建的“神州第一路”沈大高速路全线通车。在扩建中，采用了多种世界上先进的路面技术，其路面抗震性、抗开裂能力以及车辆行驶的稳定性是普通高速公路的6倍，如沈大高速公路在全国首次全线路面采用SMA路面技术，该技术要求表面层全线采用SMA-16L结构，其中粗集料采用玄武岩，细集料的全部采用机制砂，对集料的级配及粒形均提出了很高的要求。

The whole line of Shenyang to Dalian Expressway has been opened to traffic on August 29, 2004; it is the first and longest expressway which has been extended for 27 months. It adopted many advanced pavement construction techniques in the expansion, the antiknock characteristics, the crack resistance and stability of driving are 6 times than the common expressway, for example, Shenyang to Dalian Expressway which adopts SMA pavement construction techniques for first time in the whole line in our country, the skill demand the superficial layer to adopt SMA-16L, the coarse aggregates adopt the basalt aggregate, the fine aggregates adopt the manufactured sand, the gradation and shape of the aggregates call for great care.

高速公路沥青混凝土路面中无论是采用SMA或Superpave 路面技术，均对骨料粒形、级配提出来了很高要求，特别是玄武岩碎石中的针片状含量，以前的反击式破碎要加工工艺已不能满足要求，为此我公司推出了能很好满足路面要求的以VI系列立式冲击破碎机进行破碎和整形的最新破碎筛分工艺，由该工艺线生产的体质骨料在沈大高速公路SMA路面中得到广泛应用。

In the expressway asphalt concrete, both SMA and Superpave technology assign high requirement of the shape and rank of aggregate. The production process of production line:

开采的矿石先由振动给料机送料给颚式破碎机进行初步破碎，在破碎至合理细度后经由反击式破碎机进行整形处理，之后由立式冲击破碎机（制砂机）再次进行破碎，再经由振动筛筛分出成品。其成品的粒度由破碎设备的型号和振动筛的型号决定。

The ore is transported to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder to be crushed firstly, the impact crusher reshapes the ore which is in a reasonable fineness, the vertical shaft impact crusher crushes again after this, the finished product screened by the vibrating screen. The finished product size is decided by the models of crushing equipment and the vibrating screen.
