尊敬的各位评委:

大家好!

今天我说课的题目是healthy eating.下面我将从以下几个方面来说这节课,首先是说教材。

一、说教材

1.教材的地位及作用

“Come and eat here”出自人教版新课标高中英语教科书必修三第二单元reading 部分。本单元的核心教学内容是“健康饮食”(Healthy Eating),教材通过讲述王鹏和云辉开饭店的不同风格,经营的不同菜肴以及顾客的不同反应,反映现代人对饮食的关注和对时尚的追求。

2. 教学目标Teaching aims

1).知识和技能. Target language

1. Get students to learn the useful new words and expressions in this part: diet, nut, bean, pea, cucumber, eggplant, pepper, mushroom, peach, lemon, balance, barbecue, mutton, roast, fry, ought, bacon, slim, curiosity, hostess, raw, vinegar, lie, customer, discount, balanced diet, ought to, lose weight, get away with, tell a lie, win. . . back.

2. Let students learn the knowledge of balanced diet and nutrition. 2)能力目标Ability goal

1. Develop students’ reading ability and let them learn different reading skills.

2. Enable students to talk about different kinds of food, problems with diet and balanced diet.

3)情感目标Emotional goal

1. Stimulate students’ sens e to form a healthy eating habit.

2. Develop students’ sense of cooperative learning.

3.教学重难点

Teaching important points重点: 1). Let students learn more about problems with a diet, a balanced diet and nutrition.

2). Get students to learn different reading skills.

Teaching difficult points难点: 1). Develop students’reading ability.

2). Enable students to talk about different kinds of food and balanced diet.

二、说学情

学生对于健康饮食既熟悉又感兴趣,因此在处理这一堂课时,我会充分调动学生的积极性,在指导学生快速阅读的同时引导学生相互合作,自己发现本单元重点语言结构,让学生自己发现并感悟相关的语言规律,培养他们的语感。

三、说教法学法

1 教法

新的课程标准强调了以学生为主体,教师作为引导者和参与者的角色。因此,就本课的学习,我采用了多种教学方法,例如问答法,快速阅读法,讨论法和合作学习法。鉴于本文内容会涉及大量的图片信息,我将在多媒体教室上课,借助多媒体的直观教学手段和传统教学方式相结合,上一堂趣味性、知识性融为一体的阅读课。

2 学法

①Watching some pictures(看图片学习) ②Group discussion(小组讨论学习) 3.教具Multimedia and other teaching tools. (多媒体及其它常规教具)

四、说教学过程

Step 1 Leading-in

1、Have a free talk with students. Ask them the following questions: 1). Everybody has to eat, but do you eat a healthy diet?

2.)What do you usually have for breakfast/lunch/supper?

3). What kind of food do you like best?

4). Why are you so strong/weak/fat/thin? Does it have anything to do with your diet?

5). Do you think you are eating a balanced diet?

(Purpose:By talking about the food, to introduce this unit

topic: Healthy eating.)

2)Show them some pictures and let them talk each other, and then use the pictures to learn new words, for example, Get away with tired of raw customer get rid of amount earn one’s living and so on.

(Purpose:Arouse the students’interest of study. )

Step 2 Warming up

1. Let students turn to Page 9. Ask them to look at the pictures, name the foods in them and then fill in the form.
