1 General 总则
1.1 This procedure is a written description of the control for material Coded marking using in
material identification and traceability during the boilers and pressure vessels construction according to ASME Code Section I ,B3.1.1 and VIII Div.1.
本程序根据ASME规范第Ⅰ卷，B31.1和第Ⅷ卷第１分册，规定了在制造锅炉/压力容器时，对于在识别材料和实现其可追踪性的材料代码的标识进行控制。

1.2 The material Coded marking shall be traced to the original required material markings which is
shown on material and recorded on “Material Receiving Inspection Record”
材料代码应能追踪到材料的原始标记并将此材料代码及原始标记记录在<< 材料验收检验单>>上.
1.3 For non-pressure parts which welded to the pressure parts, the marking transfer shall also made
in the same manner as pressure parts.
对于焊接于承压部件上的非承压部件，标识的移植仍需按照承压件的方式进行。

2 Requirements 要求
2.1 The Material Keeper shall identify material or parts with material coded marking number after
receiving inspection have been completed and found result acceptable.
完成进货检验并认可其可接收后，材料保管员应用材料代码标识识别材料或部件。

2.2 During the fabrication process, the Shop Supervisor shall be responsible to transfer and record
the material coded mark after lay-out and prior to cutting.
在制造过程中，在车间主管应负责移植材料编号的标识。

2.3 The Examiner shall be responsible for issuance, supervising and verifying the correct transfer
of coded marking number during fabrication. A list of coded marking number shall be maintained by Examiner.
检验员负责发放、执行和监督正确移植规范标识的编号。

检验员应保持规范标识编号单。

2.4 Material C oded marking number shall be indicated on the “Material Receiving Inspection
Record” and MTR; it can be traced back to original required material mark including material
manufacturer name , material specification, type/grade, heat number and/or plate identification number, etc.
材料代码应在材料接收建议记录和MTR上。

它能追踪回材料制造商,材料牌号等级和炉号,钢板编号。

3 Consist of Material Coded Marking Number材料代码的编写方式
3.1 Material Coded Marking Number will be consisted with “A” and one letter for material
product type with five digits as following:
材料代码由字母A和代表材料品种的字母和五位数字组成的：
“A”is represented ASME material or parts ( without A is represented non ASME material ) 字母A是ASME标志，代表ASME材料或零件（不带有字母A标识的是非ASME材料）where: 在此处
B - represented for plate
C – represented for flange
B –代表金属板
C –代表法兰
F - represented for head D – represented for forge
F-代表封头 D –代表锻件
H-represented for welding material M- represented for valve
H-代表焊材M-代表阀门
G –represented for tube & pipe L – represented for bolts & nuts
G-代表管道L-代表螺栓和螺母
Z- represented for casting Y- steel bars
Z-代表铸件Y –代表圆钢
