在进行翻译实习的过程中，我充分调动了我大脑中的知识及老师教给我们的基本翻译技巧，例如：“英译汉时，有时某些词并不能完全按照词典的基本含义翻译，如生搬硬套或逐词死译，会使译文生硬，令人费解，甚至可能造成误解。
这时应当根据上下文和逻辑关系，从该词的基本含义出发，进一步加以适当的引申，选择比较适当的汉语词语来表达”以及增词法、省略法(减词法)、重复法、正反, 反正表达法、分句法, 合句法、词义的引伸、词类的转译等英译汉常用的方法和技巧。
尽管如此，我在实际翻译时候还是碰到了很多问题。
首先，词汇量的不充足使我在翻译的过程中经常遇到阻碍，我不得不借助电脑，词典等工具查找出我所不能准确描述的关键词句。
其次，是常用句型的缺乏也使得我在翻译过程中举步维艰。
再次，就是对一些专有词汇的不熟悉还有一些国外历史文化背景等方面知识的匮乏也使得我的翻译工作进展的不太顺利。

四、实习过程概述：
翻译，我们对这个词语并不陌生，但正式把其作为一门
课程进行学习是在大三下学期。
除了翻译课上的翻译学习与练习，我们在高英课上也被有意识地训练翻译，唐老师也教了我们许多翻译技巧。
另外，老师也都跟我们强调了翻译的重要性。
一方面，我们最重要的考试专八会涉及到翻译，而且分值也不小，好好地掌握并熟练地翻译，对我们来说是十分重要的；另一方面，我们在平常的学习中其实也是少不了翻译的，只不过我们没有把译文写下来而已。
将来，如果从事翻译这一方面的工作，翻译也是必不可少的。
因此，对于一个英语学习者来说，它的重要性是不言而喻的。
这次实习让我们在《翻译理论与实践》课程理论的基础上，对所学课程进行了实际锻炼，大大巩固和提高了大家的英语翻译能力，为我们以后求职与生活工作打下良好的基础。
首先，向雅芳老师和刘文红老师根据我们班同学的人数把我们分为8个小组，每个小组5-6个人，并进行翻译理论基础知识的讲解，说明周一周二集中训练英译汉各种翻译技巧，周三周四集中训练汉译英各种翻译技巧。
然后，老师给我们提供了作品What I Lived For和《故都的秋》（郁达夫），选取其中几段，在规定的时间内分别翻译翻译为中文和英文，小组成员相互讨论，老师给出参考范文，要求我们评论。
最后，由老师点评，找出我们常犯的错误并提出一些切实可行的建议以及一些与之相关的基础知识和翻译技巧。
我
们自己改正错误并在课后进行相关练习。
五、实习内容：
使学生大致了解中国的翻译史，掌握英汉互译的一般理论、方法和技巧，了解英汉两种语言在词语、语法和文化背景方面的异同，了解不同实用文体的语言特点和翻译方法。
要求学生能比较准确、流畅地进行英汉（汉英）对译。
1.对翻译标准，基本翻译步骤，基本的翻译方法和评价译文的基本知识予以掌握；
2.翻译过程中的文化意识的训练；
3.基本翻译技巧的掌握：增译，减译，转译等；
4.基本修辞手段的翻译训练：隐喻、提喻，双关等；
5.难句和从句的翻译训练：定语从句、状语从句、名词性从句等；
6.一些特殊句式和惯用语的翻译训练；
7.从语言篇章的角度训练翻译过程中语篇的连贯和衔接。
六、实习收获和重要心得体会：
翻译是语言交流与沟通的桥梁和纽带，把一种文字翻译成另一种文字，是很有成就感的一项工作。
对于还没出校门，还没有正式接触到翻译的我们来说，翻译实习就尤为重要，这次翻译实习以笔译为主，是为了检查自己对翻译理论和技巧的熟悉与掌握程度，加强理论与实践的结合。
通过本次翻
译实习，我们大致了解中国的翻译史，掌握英汉互译的一般理论、方法和技巧，了解英汉两种语言在词语、语法和文化背景方面的异同，了解不同实用文体的语言特点和翻译方法，并且基本能够熟练地运用已掌握的基本语法和词汇知识，忠实、准确、通顺、完整的翻译句子、段落和短文，能够正确熟练地运用各类翻译技巧及翻译策略，进一步打好基础，巩固并提高我们自主翻译能力。
另外，我也明白了翻译不是一门一蹴而就的课程，而需要一个不断积累，不断练习的过程。
正所谓，读书百遍，其意自见，翻译也是这个道理，读得多了，练习得多了，自然而然也就会了。
七、存在的不足和建议：
这次实习让我充分认识到自己的不足。
1.词汇量的不足使我在翻译的过程中经常遇到阻碍；2.是对一些句型不熟练，使我在翻译过程中举步维艰；3.就是对一些专有词汇不熟悉，及一些国外历史文化背景等方面知识的匮乏；4. 对篇章内容的整体性没有给予足够的重视，脱离上下文，把这些句子孤立成单个部分来看，导致所翻译的句子与原文所表达的意思有很大的差别；5. 逐字翻译，把汉语对应的英语词汇搬出来，而没有用英语将原文的真意确实、生动地表达出来，例如诗歌类型的翻译；6.受制于原文词序及原文词量，译句呆板。
对于这些自身的不足，通过这次实习，首先我会加大对
词汇以及文化背景的记忆量；其次我会加深对文章的理解，理解是翻译的第一步，如果没有理解原文，那么翻译出来的句子再漂亮也是徒劳的；再次，对句子的语法成分和句子结构进行分析，进行这种分析尤其是对那些比较长的句子是非常适合的，它在一定程度上避免了边看译文边翻译，译到一半译不下去的现象；最后，多读，多练习。
我相信，功夫不负苦心人，只要我们都用心地去学习并为之而努力，我们一定会在翻译这个部分上一个新的台阶的！

在翻译的旅程里我还有更艰辛的路要走，见多识广，走的路长了阅历经验也随之丰满了！翻译需要积累，经过这次翻译实习真的是收获颇多。
