5.1工装的设计
5.1.1中研院提供产品设计表的复印件给工程部。
5.1.1 Central Research Institute sends the copy of product design form to the Engineering Department.
4.1工装(工艺装置)：是过程设备的一部份，特指一个部件或分总成，用于过程中把原材料加工成零件总成或分总成，如模具、刀具、夹具。
4.2 Key Technique Equipment: technique equipment which will influence the product performance in the production process. For example, the stretching molds.

1、Purpose/目的
Make the technique equipment management orderly and reasonable to continually meet the requirements of the qualified product production.
使工装管理有序化和合理化，使其持续满足生产合格产品的要求。
3.1工程部负责生产所需工装的设计，验收，管理等工作，相关部门配合。
3.2 The maintenance workshop takes charge of the making and outside processing of the technique equipments according to the drawing provided by the Engineering Department.
2、Scope/适用范围
Applicable to the management and maintenance of the company’s technique equipments.
适用于本公司工装的管理和维护。
3、Responsibility/职责
3.1 The engineering department takes charge of designing, inspection, management of the technique equipment for production. The relevant departments cooperate with the engineering department.

5.1.3 The engineering department designs the relevant technique equipment according to the design output of the product design department. As for the unclear information, the engineering department should communicate with the design department to get the clear information.
4.2关键工装：是指生产过程中会影响到产品的性能参数、指标的工装。例如：拉伸模。
4.3 General technique equipment: technique equipments excluding key technique equipments. E.g. heat sealing mold, cutting mold.
3.2维修车间负责按工程部提供的图纸制作或外加工。
4、Definition/定义
4.1 Technique Equipment: one part of the process equipment, especially one accessory or sub-assembly, which used to process the material to the accessory or sub-assembly, e.g. mold, cutting-tool and fixture.
