摘要:Th17是近年来发现的一种CD4+T细胞亚型,在自身免疫性疾病中发挥重要的作用,其分泌产生几种致炎细胞因子,包括新发现的细胞因子白细胞介素17。Th17产生的细胞因子与Th1、Th2不同并且与其相互对抗。Th17细胞很可能对防御胞外病原菌的感染及自身免疫性疾病产生影响。影响Th17细胞从T细胞前体分化的因素也很快被发现,本文综述了Th17细胞诱导分化的影响因素、产生的细胞因子、在自身免疫病中的作用。

天然CD4+T细胞是一种具有很多亚群的前体,具

有抗原识别特异性,是主要组织相容性复合物Ò类分子限制性T细胞。根据产生淋巴因子的种类和生物学功能的不同,CD4+T细胞主要分为辅助性T细胞1型(T help ce ll1, Th1)、2型(T help ce ll2,Th2)和调节性T细胞(regulatory T cells,T reg)[1]。Th1型细胞主要产生干扰素C(interferon2C, I FN2C)、白细胞介素2(i n terleu2 k i n22,I L22)和肿瘤坏死因子B (tumor necr osis f actor B,T NF2B),参与细胞免疫和迟发型超敏反应,协助B细胞产生Ig G2,在抗
