本技术规格书是招标书的附件，用于中国石油化工集团公司南京化学工业有限公司大化肥装置原料改造项目（下简称项目）进口阀门的的设计、供货、试验和技术服务。

This specification is the appendix of the RFQ package. It covers the design, supply, testing and service for the off-shore valves for the NCIC FEEDSTOCK REVAMP PROJECT (hereafter called the “Project”) of China Petroleum and Chemical Corp. (SINOPEC).

本技术规格书所列是对进口阀门的基本要求，并未对所有技术细节作出规范，也未完全陈述与之有关的规范和标准，且并不因此而减轻卖方在正确进行设计、保证系统可靠性和安全操作方面的责任。

This specification covers the basic requirements of the off-shore valves. It does not specify all the technical details and does not state all the codes and standards related therein. Seller is not relieved of his responsibilities in correct design, ensuring reliability for the system and safe operation.

Definitions:

买方: 中国石化国际事业有限公司

Buyer：China Petrochemical International Co.,Ltd.

卖方:提供阀门的制造厂或代理公司

Seller：The manufacturer or agent for the supply of the valves herein.。

最终用户:中国石油化工集团南京化学工业有限公司

End User ：Nanjing Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd. of China Petroleum and Chemical Corp.

1．2标准化

1．2Standardization

卖方保证所供阀门是制造厂目前标准化生产线上生产的产品，并且100%满足技术规范书的要求。

Seller shall make sure all supplied valves are the products of the standard production lines of the manufacturer, which shall 100% meet the requirements of the requirements set forth in this specification.

1．3语言

1．3Language

所有文件（包括产品技术规格、使用手册、图纸等）资料和相互通讯均应采用中文和/或英文。

All documents (including product specifications, operation manuals, drawings, etc.), information and correspondence shall be in Chinese and/or English.

1.4卖方的工作范围

1.4Scope of the seller

卖方的工作范围包括（但不限于）下列内容：

Seller’s Scope of work includes but not limited to following:

（1）按照本技术规格书中的技术要求和数据表，提供阀门及其完成其功能所需的附件.

（1）To supply the valves and all accessories necessary to perform their functions in accordance with the requirements set forth in this specification and the datasheets.

（2）按照本技术规格书中的要求，进行阀门的检验和试验.

（2）To perform inspection and test the valve according to the requirement of the specification,

（3）按照合同规定的进度要求，按时发运.

（3）To make delivery on time per the schedule set forth in the Contract.

（4）提供必须的安装详图和安装指导.

（4）To provide necessary installation details and installation instructions.

（5）提供必需的技术文件和图纸资料；

（5）To provide necessary documents and drawing.

（6）负责买方技术人员的维修培训。

（6）To provide training for Buyer’s operators.
