Project Location 项目位置
Blue Lake Phase 4 site is located to the north of Jin Yu Road and opposite to Flamenco Project in the other side of the road. The stunning views of the mountain to the west of the site can be appreciated from the site. The site is also neighboring a scenic lake in the north. In general, the surrounding has created a dramatic setting for the development. 蓝湖郡四期位于金渝路北侧,与佛莱明戈项目 隔路相望。从该项目向西远眺,可以欣赏山林 的秀美景色, 向北, 毗邻一个景观较好的湖面, 项目的周边环境较好。

Existing Site Conditions 地块现状
The site is currently composed of farmers fields terracing down in elevation from a high point on the east side of the site to a low point in western side of the development area. Approximately 50% of the site is below the surrounding road grade elevation, predominantly in the western half of the site. Along the northern edges, an off site lake provides significant view opportunities for development along the northern site boundary. 地块目前为农田,地形由地块东侧向西侧逐级 下降。 大约 50%的地块,主要是地块西部的高 程低于周边路面高程。沿地块北部边缘道路另 一侧的湖泊,为沿地块北侧边缘的发展项目形 成了重要的景观。

Site Plan Understanding and Analysis 对场地规划的理解与分析
Stunning Surrounding 良好的外部环境 Difficult issue for the Landscape Design 景观设计的难点
Based on the site survey and the understanding on the site plan, following points are identified. 1. A brand-new site plan will be implemented in the site. A gentle topography developed in the plan will favour the landscape design 2. Two major green belts and a sunken garden in the plan have formed the main condition for the landscape design. 3. The club house in the long run will not be built in the near future, Therefore the site can be used for landscape. 4. Two entrances to the site are provided in the site plan. The relations between the entrances and the landscape space, garage accesses and buildings should be further refined. 5. Entrances to unites are provided in a grade separation way, which are both opportunities and challenges for the landscape design. 6. In terms of the surrounding, the site offers an great condition. However, the heavy traffic on Jin Yu Road will create disturbances to the site.

通过对现场的踏勘及该项目规划的解读,我们 可以发现: 1.规划中已经确定将场地进行完全崭新的设 计,给景观设计提供的是一个较为平缓的地形 条件; 2.规划中提供了两处主要的景观带及一个下 沉花园。这是项目景观设计的主要条件; 3.规划中设计的会所,在近期将不建设,在设 计中可以作为景观用地来考虑; 4.规划设置了两个出入口,它们与内部环路、 景观空间、车库入口、建筑的关系有待进一步 推敲; 5.该项目采用了立体化的入户方式,对于景观 设计而言,既是一个机会,也是一个挑战; 6.从项目的周边环境来看,地块在拥有良好条 件的同时,将面临着金渝路巨大交通量的干 扰。
