Dealing with Your Boss
How to deal with your boss has become a hot issue among all workers. Someone says that you should know everything about your boss; some say you don’t need to know anything— just do your job and that’ll be enough. In fact, regardless of what you think of your boss, the first thing you should learn is his management style. The two extremes of management style, are a boss who enjoys playing the part of a military leader, where he barks orders that must be followed exactly without question, or the boss who keeps a low profile, giving employees broad guidelines and then disappearing. Fortunately, most bosses fall somewhere between the two extremes, or little actual work could ever get done!
