目的:比较股骨粗隆间骨折的两种外科固定方法的疗效,即动力髋螺钉
(DHS)和股骨近端抗旋转螺钉(PFNA)。 方法:2006年8月至2008年1月50例股骨粗隆间骨折分为两组,A组PFNA组,B 组DHS组,每组各25例,其中男性20例,女性30例;年龄30.85岁。根据Evans分 型:II型5例、III型25例、Ⅳ型19例,1例病理性骨折。B组一名患者手术后三周死
