热牙胶连续波垂直加压充填技术(System B)和高温牙胶热塑注射充填法(Obtura 2)相结合根管充填效果的研究

【摘要】目的：观察和分析热牙胶连续波垂直加压充填技术（System B）与高温牙胶热

塑注射充填法（Obtura 2）联合根管充填的根管封闭能力及临床效果。方法：选取2012年6

月到2014年8月患牙76颗，根管预备后随机分为两组，其中分别对照组38颗使用单纯Obtura 2注射法，治疗组38颗热牙胶连续波垂直加压充填技术System B与Obtura2联合应

用法进行根管充填,采用葡萄糖定量检测法，填充后第1，10，15，20，25，30天分别测定葡

萄糖的浓度；并在37℃，100%湿度恒温箱中保存6个月后，进行染料渗透实验和扫描电镜

观察。结果：葡萄糖定量法检测在第1天两组间比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)；第10天起，两组渗漏量差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)；扫描电镜显示治疗组根管充填材料与根管壁的结合最为紧密。结论：通过运用热牙胶连续波垂直加压充填技术（System B）与高温牙胶热塑注射

充填法（Obtura 2）联合根管充填封闭效果优于单纯Obtura2注射式充填，值得临床推广应用.

【Abstract】Objective: To observe and analyze the thermal tooth gum continuous wave (System B) vertical pressure filling technology and high tooth rubber thermoplastic injection filling method (Obtura 2)joint root canal filling of the root canal sealing ability and clinical

effect.Methods:choose in June 2012 to August 2014 teeth 76, after root canal preparation were randomly divided into two groups, including control group of 38 respectively using pure Obtura 2 injections,heat treatment group of 38 teeth that continuous wave vertical pressure filling technology System B and Obtura2 combined application method for root canal filling.Quantitative assay, using glucose filling,10,15,20,25,30 1 day after measuring the concentration of glucose; And

in 37 ℃,100% humidity incubator in six months later,dye penetrant test and scanning electron microscope.Results:The quantitative method to detect glucose on day 1 is no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05);The 10th day,leakage has significant difference in the two groups (P<0.05); Scanning electron microscopy shows that the treatment group the combination of root canal filling material and the root tube wall is most closely.Conclusion:By using thermal tooth gum continuous wave (System B)vertical pressure filling technology and high tooth rubber thermoplastic injection filling method (Obtura 2) joint root canal filling sealing effect is better than that of pure Obtura2 inject able filling,worthy of clinical popularization and application.

根管治疗后有牙根尖周围病灶的牙齿内，皆有微生物存在，这可能与根管内持续感染或

二度感染有关，且根管治疗过程似乎无法完全消灭根管内细菌；因此，除了上述封填材料性

质外，更期待新一代的根管治疗封填材料，能够将残余细菌密封在根管内，并阻止由牙冠部
