11. complain (to sb.) about sth. 向⋯⋯抱怨⋯⋯complain vi. 抱怨；埋怨；投诉；诉苦complaint (about/of sth.) n. 抱怨；埋怨；不满My family complains about it. 我家抱怨这件事。
