工业化阶段几何尺寸
GD&T in Industrialization phase
在工业化阶段调试开始的前半年，保证车门内板总成的工序尺 寸和功能尺寸，保证车门总成的功能尺寸。工序尺寸稳定性要 在90%以上，功能尺寸稳定性要在70%以上。平均值尽可能和 名义值相符。
后半年，需要匹配调整线和总装的要求。车门会根据实际情况 对部分尺寸进行公差偏移。 如果总装几何尺寸出现了缺陷，焊装几何尺寸会配合总装几何 尺寸进行分析和整改。
