工作总结要点

作为刚参加工作的新老师，在山东旅游职业学院半年的教学过程中，在学校和系里领导和各位老师的用心指导和帮助下，我的教学理论知识得到了充实，实践能力有了较大提高，对教师这一职业也有了更深刻的认识，在受益匪浅的同时我也感到了自身肩负的重任。下面是我教学的心得体会和工作总结：

1.做老师要有责任心。作为老师，要对自己负责，更要对学生负责，所以在教学中我一直坚持认真备课，制作课件，做好课堂的充分准备，课上严格要求学生，鼓励学生多发言，多提问，并按时批改检查学生课后作业，使学生养成自觉的学习态度和良好的学习习惯。

2.调动学生学习的积极性，提高学生听说应用能力。英语听说能力对学生是非常重要的，尤其是对我们学校所设的各类专业的学生，课上要激发学生学习英语的兴趣，充分调动学生的积极性和主动性，所以要运用多样以有效的教学方法，让学生体验到学习的乐趣和成就感，在课堂教学中我安排了一些情景活动，可以让学生活学活用，自己设计有关活动，设计对话和情节，这样可以充分发挥学生们的主观能动性，让他们多思考，多参与，教师只做点评者，必要时也可作参与者。在学校英语课时比较充足的条件下，每周都可以让学生参与这样的情景模拟化活动。我把班级分成五个小组，每次活动五组都准备并展示，各组进行比赛,比如学习“A University Town”一课，在学生充分了解了剑桥大学的相关知识后，可让各小组准备一次导游练习，导游介绍剑桥大学，游客进行适当的发问；在学习“A Lucky Customer”时，学生们可把这一小故事表演出来，并使用课上补充的超市对话语句；活动还可安排采访，面试，报导，辩论或者课件展示等形式,采用小组活动也有利于促进学生的集体意识和合作精神。

3.与学生交流沟通。老师应多了解学生的需求和爱好，针对学生的欠缺点和弱点加强指导和帮助，所以在教学中我会不时地征求学生的意见和建议，使教学更有效更有针对性。在教学中还要正确地开导学生，充分开发他们的潜能，培养学生乐观、向上的心理品质和勇于表现和探索的精神。

4.多向有经验的老师学习。系里组织了几次听课活动使我受益匪浅，我学习到了许多有经验的教师的优秀的教学方法和教学经验，所以在以后我要更多地向她们学习，提高自己的教学能力。

我在教学中也存在许多需要改进的地方，比如教学理论不够扎实，教学实践还缺乏经验，教学方法还不够灵活，同时还需要加强在科研方面的能力。“态度决定命运，细节决定一切”，我深感一名人民教师的光荣，在今后的工作中，我惟有勇于进取，不断创新，才能取得更大的成绩。Good, better, best, never let it rest,
