虚拟语气

Teaching Aims：

The grammar items in this unit focus on unreal conditionals. Unreal conditionals are used to express a condition or situation that is not real or is imaginary. You should pay attention to the forms of the predicate verbs in different tenses when you use sentences in unreal conditionals. You are expected to use unreal conditionals and how to use unreal conditionals correctly.

真实条件句与非真实条件句

真实条件句：并不是if 引导的条件从句都是虚拟语气。如果if从句所指的事很有可能发生, 那么这是真实条件句；反之, 则是虚拟条件句。

一、考点聚焦

1、虚拟语气用于条件状语从句中

（1）表示与现在事实相反的假设，条件状语从句中的谓语动词用“__________ ___________”，而主句中的谓语动词用“___________________________”。

If I_________ a boy, I ________________( join) the army.

If the _________(have) time, she ______________(go) with you.

（2）表示与过去的事实相反，条件状语从句中的谓语动词用______________，主句中的谓语动词则用_____________________________________ If he had taken my advice, he would have succeeded in the competition.

If you ____________(come) earlier yesterday, you ________________(meet) him. （3）表示与将来事实相反，条件状语从句中的谓语动词_________，_________ 或_________, 而主句中的谓语动词则用____________________________

If it were to rain tomorrow, the football match would be put off.
