How many lessons do you have in the morning?

We have four.

They are maths,Chinese,English and PE.

Ss can be more confident during the study of English and get great fun of study.

Learn the subjects: maths,Chinese,English and PE.

Ⅲ.Teaching difficult point:

By learning the target language,Ss can use them to communicate with friends freely.

Step 1:Warm up

a.Greeting and self-introduction.

b.Let’s sing a song together.

c.Look and say

Show the pictures on the screen,then get Ss to answer

questions.

Step 2:Presentation

a.Learn the new words

Show the time table to Ss.Get them to guess what lessons.Then lead in new words maths,P.E.Next,practice to read them by several ways.(Pay attention to the pronunciation of maths.)

b.Ask Ss to follow the T spell and write Chinese and English.Pay attention to the big letters.

c.Show the time table again to present the sentences:How many lessons do you have today?We have six.Then do pairwork.

d.Change another time table to present How many lessons do you have in the morning?We have four.Next lead in sentences What are they?Help Ss to answer They are …Get Ss to ask and answer for several minutes.

Step3:Practice

a.Listen to the tape then answer my questions to get

points.

b.Groupwork:To be the reporter

Ask 4 Ss in a group to practice the target language.Then act out to get points.

c.Let’s make

Make a time table in pairs,any subjects you like.According to

it get Ss to make a dialogue by themselves.At last,choose some Ss to show.

Homework:

a.Listen to the tape and do a survey with your friends.

b.Write the words Chinese and English.

c.Talk about the lessons with your parents.
