1．汇款支付方式的常见合同条款形式
1）买方应最迟于2009年2月14日把全部货款用电汇方式预付给卖方。（装运前T/T）The buyer shall pay100 % of the sales proceeds to the seller in advance by T/T not later than Feb.14, 2009.
2）买方应在货物到达目的地之后的30天之内把全部货款电汇给卖方。（后T/T）
The buyer shall pay 100% of the sales proceeds to the seller by T/T within 30 days after the arrival of the goods.
3）买方应在收到卖方的海运提单传真件后，把全部货款电汇给卖方。(装运后见提单传真件T/T)
The buyer shall pay 100% of the sales proceeds to the seller by T/T against the fax of B/L.
4）买方应在2007年1月1日前把30%的货款用电汇方式预付给卖方，余款在收到卖方的海运提单传真件后用电汇方式支付。（装运前T/T+装运后见提单传真件T/T）
The buyer shall pay 30% of the sales proceeds to the seller in advance by T/T before Jan. 1, 2007 and pay the balance by T/T against the fax of B/L.
2．托收支付方式的常见合同条款形式
1）买方对卖方开立的即期跟单汇票需见票即付，付款后才能交单。（即期D/P）
Upon first presentation, the buyer shall pay against documentary drafts drawn by the sellers at sight. The shipping documents are to be delivered against payment only.
2）在提示卖方开立的见票后30天付款的跟单汇票时，买方作出承兑。在汇票到期日进行付款，付款后才能交单。（远期D/P）
The buyer shall duly accept the documentary draft drawn by the seller at 30 days after sight upon first presentation and make due payment on its maturity. The shipping documents are to be delivered against payment only.
3）在提示卖方开立的见票后30天付款的跟单汇票时，买方作成承兑。在汇票到期日进行付款，承兑后就能交单。（D/A）
The buyer shall duly accept the documentary drawn by the seller at 30 days after sight upon first presentation and make due payment on its maturity. The shipping documents are to be delivered against acceptance.
3．信用证支付方式的常见合同条款形式
1）买方必须在2007年1月1日之前通过卖方可以接受的银行开立不可撤销的即期信用证并送达卖方。
The buyer shall establish through a bank acceptable to the seller irrevocable L/C at sight to reach the seller before Jan. 1, 2007.
2）买方必须在2007年1月1日之前开立不可撤销的、海运提单日后60天付款的远期信用证并送达卖方，在装运日之后的15天内在中国交单付有效。
The buyer shall establish irrevocable L/C at 60 days after B/L date, reaching the seller not later than Jan. 1, 2007 and remaining valid for negotiation in China for further 15 days after the effected shipment.
4．混合支付方式的常见合同条款形式
买方应在2007年1月1日之前把30%货款用电汇方式预付给卖方，余款通过在2007年1月12日之前开立即期信用证支付。（前T/T+即期L/C）
