2.1Enterprises: • In July 26, four Chinese photovoltaic enterprises including Yingli, Shangde, Tianhe and Atesi , which are on behalf of photovoltaic power generation promotion alliance and Chinese photovoltaic industry officially issued a joint statement.The Big Four strongly urged the EU to consider launching the "anti-dumping" investigation to China's PV. They called on China government to actively protect the legitimate rights and interests of domestic enterprises, in order to prevent the EU filed.

• In August 13, the Ministry of Commerce summoned these PV enterprises in Beijing to discuss the countermeasure. • The third one, it will bring the negative influence to the EU's energy security and strategy. • The main contents of the Agreement is, about 90 Chinese solar products enterprises (accounting for about 60% of the market share of EU) commit that the price of products which export to EU will not be lower than 56 euro cents per watt, in order to avoid being imposed temporary tariffs by EU. 和解协定的主要内容是，大约90家中国太阳能产品企业（约占欧盟市场60% 的份额）承诺，向欧盟出口产品的价格将不低于每瓦56欧分，以避免被欧盟 征收临时性关税。

• In July 24, 2012, the European Photovoltaic manufacturers applied to the community for the "anti-dumping" investigation of China. In Sep. 6, the EU formally announced investigations of China into PV modules and the key parts such as silicon pellet. • Liu Hanyuan, the chairman of Tongwei group board of directors said that only after the USA carrying out the "dual" case on China, more than 80% of Chinese polysilicon enterprises have forced to stop production and 80% of the workers are in the waiting list.
