暴可在急性心肌梗死时发生， 也可在器质性心脏疾病患者、 遗传性心律失常综合征患者中出现。主要症状为心悸、 头昏， 常发生晕 体阻滞剂及植入式心脏复律除颤器预防， 近来消融手术、 交感神经阻滞手术展现出在治疗心脏电风暴方面的优势。 关键词： 心脏电风暴； 射频消融； 左心交感神经去除
