浅谈高一英语开课前教师的整体教学设计思路高一新生入学后,即将进入高中阶段的英语学习,很自然,成绩参差不齐的一堂学生对新学校英语教师和教学充满期待,在期待中等来的英语教师和第一课尤为重要,因此,高一英语教师对本学期英语教学的整体设计和课前精心准备是十分必要的,笔者就此略谈一二,以抛砖引玉,向同仁学习。

一、高一年级第一学期英语教学的整体设计1、教学任务新课标北师大版高中英语教材,共分十个模块,三十个单元,安徽省高考要求学完前八个模块,共二十四个单元,后两个模块只供学有余力的学生课外自学提高。

为此,我们高一年级备课组本学期的教学任务是完成第一、第二两个模块,共六个单元。

除去军训、节假日和期中考试,大约三周结束一个单元。

2、教材分析和学生基本情况高中英语教材与初中英语比起来,在单词量、阅读量和课文难度上有所增加,而且条目多,任务重,教与学都极易走过场。

样样抓都抓不好,删除又怕漏了词汇,部分词汇重现率极低,难记易忘。

特别是教育欠发达的农村初中的学困生会有望洋兴叹、难上加难和不知如何是好的感觉。

普通高中尚不具备按成绩分班教学的条件,所以高一英语教学的难度是可想而知的,作为英语教师在开课前应有一个思想准备,有一个高一课程的整体设计思路。

3、高一第一学期要注意的几个问题1)、教学要面向全体了解学生开始新课前,最好进行一次诊断性摸底测试,全面了解学生在英语学习中存在的问题,以便在以后的课堂教学中有的放矢,提高课堂教学的针对性和有效性。

2)、做好初高中英语的教学衔接在开始上高一新课的同时,教师要做好初、高中英语知识的衔接,为学生继续学习英语打好基础。

必要时要为学生补音标,补语法。

就像学汉语要重视拼音一样地重视音标教学,不会音标学生就不会读单词,或读不准单词,词汇的问题不解决,要学好英语就是一句空话。

掌握基本语法是学好外语的必备条件,尽管有人不这么认为,但是在实际英语运用中就是如此。

学生在做题时凭什么去判断正误,我们在给学生改作业时又凭什么去修改病句,衡量的标准就是语法。

全册共八个单元,可以按照“一备三单元”的原则进行备课。

2.确定研究专题。

由备课组长确定研究专题,围绕专题组织研究活动。

3.集体备课。

由备课组长负责具体组织,由相关教师轮流担任中心发言人,共同探讨教学重难点,研究教学目标和教学方法等。

力争做到“工欲善其事,必先利其器。

”4.整理教案。

由备课组长负责收集整理教案,并对其进行分类汇编。

5.反思总结。

通过实践反思和观课议课活动,对课堂教学进行再认识,再提高。

四、具体措施1.认真学习教材教法,多阅读与教学有关的书籍,特别是优秀教师所撰写的教案或教学设计等,提高备课的质量。

2.提前备好要上课的内容,写好教案并打印出来,以备其他老师参考。

3.认真听课,相互学习。

教研组长、骨干教师多听年轻教师的随堂课,随堂听其他教师的课并相互交换听课笔记,相互取长补短;同时也可以邀请其他学校的老师来听评自己的教研组长的课。

每个学期教研组成员听课不少于10节;教研组长听课不少于15节,其中8节以上是组内教师课;骨干教师听课不少于20节,其中8节以上是组内教师课。

学校将把听课情况作为教师考核的一项重要内容。

4.发挥备课组的集体力量。

集体备课是在个人认真备课的基础上进行的教学研究活动,在个人备课与集体备课的关系上,明确提出“个人备课是前提、基础,集体备课是关键、重点”。

只是在教室巡视时发现Australian队的Carol两张空白的学案,还有大部分同学干净的课文页面。说明不少同学自 觉性不强,各组检查的力度还不够。还有上面同学激情讲解,下面积极提问,但也有玩耍和沉睡现象发生。
