“What can you see?”教学设计【教材分析】所用教材为外研版的小学英语(一年级起点)三年级上册,着重培养学生英语运用能力。

本教材共有10个模块,每个模块的教学内容都是围绕一个话题展开,贴近学生生活,富有趣味性。

以Module 4 Unit2 为例,本模块的话题是“你能看见什么?”,围绕常见动物能或不能做什么展开,着重让学生了解、掌握英语情态动词“can”的肯定形式与否定形式,以及在陈述句、否定句和疑问句中的用法。

【学情分析】三年级小学生学习英语已近3年之久,英语语言知识有限,但是学习热情很高,勇于表现自己,敢于开口说英语,非常难得。

三年级小学生通过教师课堂讲解能基本理解情态动词“can”的意义与用法,但对其否定形式以及在陈述句、否定句和疑问句中的运用需要反复操练与巩固。

【教学目标】语言知识目标:能认读单词fly, cry, koala, climb,并熟悉其含义。

语言技能目标:能认读并运用句型 “What can you see?I can see ... The... can/ can't....”来谈论能看到什么,某种动物能或不能做什么。

情感态度:善于观察身边的人或物,做生活的有心人。

【教学重点】能认读单词 “fly, cry,”和句型 “What can you see? I can see ...”“The... can/ can't...”。

单元教学设计框架课题:Unit1 What can you see?一、学情分析经过一年多的英语学习,学生具备了基本的听说能力,能围绕所学话题简单表达自己的想法或用简单的句子与同伴进行交流。

他们对英语学习兴趣浓厚,乐于参加各种活动和游戏。

针对二年级学生的特点,我们尽量为学生创设轻松有趣的情境,让学生大胆运用所掌握的日常用语,做出恰到、积极的英语交际反映。

二、教材分析本册教材共有12个单元、四个模块,而本单元是第一模块的第一单元,主要是围绕在一年级下学期学习各个感官动词的基础上螺旋拓展学习,进而使得学生的语句和词汇的表达更丰富。

1.本单元内容是Module1 Using my five senses中的第一单元What can you see?教材内容学生较感兴趣,新句型what colour are they?难度适中。

2.本单元增加了颜色的词汇---white, brown, black;使用对话语句What can you see?What colour are they?进行语言的应用。

3.本单元教学内容与设计可以提高学生在实际生活中运用运用英语的能力。

4.本单元的教学内容也与一年级上册第十二单元颜色句型和单词以及一年级下册第一模块Five senses的话题有着紧密的联系。

三、单元设计思路和依据本单元共分为5个课时,通过让学生感受贴近生活的各种不同场景和物体来体会不同感官所带来的丰富多彩的体验。

第一课时、第二课时和第三课时侧重于学习本单元的单词和句型,在不同的情景进行运用;第四课时和第五课时注重对所学知识的复习与巩固,以及相关绘本故事的拓展与学习。
