• 合句译法：将原文中两个或两个以上的句 子合在一起成为一个句子的翻译方法。由 于英文句子通常比汉语句子长，一个英语 句子要比一个汉语句子有更大的容量，所 以合句译法多见于汉译英。 • 采用合句译法时，通常会根据原句各句之 间的逻辑关系，在译文句与句之间加上连 接词语，如汉语译文中添加“因为”“如 果”“但是”“又…又”以及英语译文中 添加“and”“while”“when”“so”“but ”等等
