Cardinal virtues of Confucian ethics
The Confucian ethics has a development history of thousands of years, it’s the fruit of human wisdom ,they can regulate the human behavior, and contain the rich philosophy and the simple spirit of materialistic dialectics, they can penetrated into the depths of the human soul, dominated and influenced the thoughts and behavior of human, they can turn into people's flesh and blood and build the great national spirit of China. Now let ‘s me tell you what is the Confucian ethics
Manners
Manners has two meanings: • Propriety: a set of manners or knowledge of how to behave in a given situation. • Ritual: when life is detailed to Confucius lengths it becomes completely ordered.

• What is the righteousness? 1. Justice and righteousness 2. Confucius put forward Junzi(君子)and Xiaoren(小人). 3. Perfect character ----4. Most valuable thing-----重义轻利 5. Tolerant generous justice and honest
Manners
• 不学礼，无以立。 • If you don’t learn manners you will have no structure. • 道之以政，齐之以刑，民免而无耻； 道之以德， 齐之以礼，有耻且格。 • If you govern the people legalistically and control them by punishment, they will avoid crime, but have no personal sense of shame. If you govern them by means of virtue and control them with propriety, they will gain their own sense of shame, and thus correct themselves.
